30 Days Easy Return 

At Comforts Shoes, we confirm you are completely satisfied with your purchase items. If for any matter you are not satisfied and confirmed, we will happily accept returns within 30 days of the date of delivery of your item. You follow the instructions below to ensure a relaxed return process:

1. Return Process:

To originate a return, you follow these guidelines steps:

  • You contact our customer service team at info@comfortsshoes.com to obtain a Return Authorization number.
  • You have a parcel so you write the RA number on the outside of the package.
  •  The customer is answerable for return shipping costs. You ship the item back to us using a traceable and insured shipping method by order number.

2. Eligibility Criteria:

  • Your ordered items must be in unused condition and new, with all real tags and packaging unbroken.
  • Returns must be from the date of delivery within 30 days.
  • Your customized or personalized items are not eligible for return.
